We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you are in pain or an emergency situation, we will make every attempt to see you on the day that you call.

We value you as our patient and have the utmost concern for your health and time. We strive to do our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. However, Land of Lakes Endodontics provides a variety of endodontic treatments and procedures that often vary in difficulty so unexpected circumstances may affect the time allocated for a procedure and in turn may affect our schedule. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your trust and value your understanding and patience.

What should I bring to my appointment?

 You can help us expedite your care by bringing these items to your appointment:

  • Patient Information and Medical History Form 
  • List of medications
  • Picture ID (Drivers License, State Picture ID, Passport)
  • Referral forms 
  • Premedication Form, if required

Q & A about patient billing

 For your convenience we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Master Card, and CareCredit.  We will bill your insurance company directly for you.  With most insurance we will ask for a payment of 20% of the total charge. This is an estimated payment amount until your insurance company has paid. Should you not have dental insurance, we ask for full payment at the time service is rendered unless prior arrangements have been made.   

Discounts are offered with payment made with CHECK or CASH.  Seniors will get an additional discount with proof of Medicare.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks.  Once your insurance has paid, will send a statement or refund check.
